Ms. Caldwell, a fisheries biologist with over twenty years experience in Watershed Analysis, stream and fish resources evaluation, restoration design review, instream flow studies, hydraulic/habitat modeling, water temperature modeling, and planning and design of fishery and water quality improvement projects. Jean has developed and directed evaluations ranging from micro-habitat to large-scale stream surveys for agencies, tribal and municipal governments, utilities and timber companies.
