Mr. Hoobyar is a leader in effective, informed, facilitation for groups and multi-stakeholder forums working on natural resource issues. Paul has over ten years of experience in facilitating large group processes and designing public education workshops tailored to watershed and natural resource issues. He blends a solid knowledge of natural resource science with strong process tools, excellent communication skills and impartiality. He has designed, administered and facilitated meetings for watershed councils and government agencies and has also facilitated representative stakeholder committees from local, state and federal agencies, and private landowners.
