STEPHEN B. BAUER
Water Resource Consultant/Fisheries Biologist

Steve Bauer has extensive experience in watershed monitoring, evaluation, and project management. Mr. Bauer worked in various positions with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare in evaluating the impact of timber harvests, irrigation return flows, dryland runoff, and livestock grazing. He was a team leader in developing the Idaho Nonpoint Source Pollution Program and revisions of the Silvicultural and Agricultural Water Quality Pollution Abatement Programs. He coauthored a water quality/habitat monitoring guide for evaluation of grazing impacts in western states for the Environmental Protection Agency.
